Case Management

The Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of Clay County, Missouri the Missouri Department of Mental (DMH) and the Division of Disabilities of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DD) including is Kansas City Regional Office (KCRO) entered into a contract to provide Targeted Case Management Services. The DDRB Board of Clay County has entered into an agreement with the Center for Human Services (CHS) to perform all of the primary contract services and each and every other service, task and administration. The services are performed by CHS primarily at the offices location in the DDRB headquarters building in Clay County Missouri. Clients eligible for these services will be referred to the Center for Human Services by the Kansas City Regional Office.
